Absolutely great place! I needed a wheel alignment and balancing for my car. So my husband and I decided to come here. We really appreciated how efficient the team was and the excellent job they did. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also had the chance to meet the owner - they are wonderful people, and it’s easy to see how much they genuinely care about their business and every customer. I highly recommend Jesse’s Automotive to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable service. We’ll definitely be back!

Came to Savannah from out of town and had issues with my battery and was told it could also be the alternator going. I came to Google and found Jesse’s. Thankfully the alternator did not need to be replaced but the price the quoted was extremely realistic and they went above and beyond knowing I was here from out of town. Too often you see companies hear that and take advantage of the situation but Jesse’s did the completely opposite.

Had a 3 inch level installed, at first they didn’t replace the stock upper control arms until it was brought to my attention and I brought it back and made them replace it. Later on, it caused many EXPENSIVE problems in the front end suspension because it was the wrong size upper control arms they ordered. He said “it looks fine I’ve seen worse” when it rode terribly. He would not take time to look and solve the problem his mechanic created, all he said he could do was remove the block and put a smaller one in to change the angle, and charge me again for it. Took my truck to a shop 10 minutes down the road and got the upper control arms angle fixed for half of the price and a way better job. TERRIBLE GREEDY SHOP THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !!!

So glad I was recommended to Jesse's automotive. I called an talked to them about my jeep needing a fuel pump. And they told me to get it to them an they'll take a look at it. Well dropped off around noon got a call later. Letting me know its definitely my fuel pump so gave me a qoute an told them to go ahead a fix. Told me it be ready the next day which I wasn't expecting a turn around time so quickly an the next day called an told me I was ready. Will definitely be going back for any of my vehicle needs. Thanks

I brought Jesse and his team my 2004 Honda CRV that had an oil leak, needed all new tires, had issues with the power steering belt, the window wouldn't go up, and no air conditioning. They completely understood the fact that I was 19 and working two jobs. I received amazing customer care and practically next day service. You ABSOLUTELY need to take your car here. No one will treat you this good. I am forever grateful and happy they got me back on the road in a safe and fully functional vehicle.
